My journey

My journey has been shaped by both a professional drive and personal battles that began early on.

As a teenager, I struggled with anxiety, which eventually grew into recurrent depression and a deep sense of overwhelm. I was later diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorders, compounded by chronic health issues like persistent sinus infections, gastritis, a chronically inflamed gut, histamine intolerance, and various allergies.

For years, I felt different and out of place, trying to understand why life seemed more challenging for me than for others.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts and am a certified sound engineer. Alongside my work in the arts, I studied social pedagogy, spending years supporting adolescents through complex challenges.

Psychology has always fascinated me, and this background gave me a deep understanding of mental health from an early age. In my 40s, I was diagnosed with ADHD—a revelation that finally explained so much about my experiences and struggles over the years.

This diagnosis opened a new chapter of self-understanding, helping me make sense of lifelong patterns that often felt isolating.

Through countless therapies—some effective, some less so—I began to rebuild, gaining insights into resilience, patience, and the mind’s and body’s power to heal.

Paths I've taken

Professionally, I ventured from DJing and music production into entrepreneurship, exploring IT Agile coaching and marketing.

With over a decade of experience in marketing, I developed a deep understanding of people’s desires and how to truly listen to them—skills that are invaluable in my current work.

Known for my empathy and honesty, I’ve always been a confidant for friends and family, supporting others through life’s challenges even as I worked through my own.

I speak English, German, and French, allowing me to connect with a diverse range of clients. With a deep interest in mindfulness and somatic practices, I now integrate these body-centered and present-focused approaches as a Life Coach, Mental Health Consultant, and Breathwork Practitioner, recognizing the profound connection between mind, body, and well-being.

Today, I live at 1,500 meters in the serene Swiss mountains, dedicated to helping others navigate their own challenges and find clarity, resilience, and purpose.
